This is an exciting opportunity to work with existing and new health commercialization programs. You will take a programmatic leadership position in the design and delivery of capabilities that support the advancement of ARPA-H program and performer commercialization, serving as an external-facing engagement manager with funders/clients. The role requires program management, relationship management, and thought leadership.

This role is critical to supporting the Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) in driving growth initiatives for all firms as part of the “Grow” phase of our Ready, Set, Grow onboarding process. The Growth Operations Director will act as the primary connector between RVPs, firm leadership, and Crete departmental leads, ensuring everyone has the information and tools needed.
